Established in 2007, CHONGYANG Water Equipment is a leading manufacturer specializing in advanced pharmaceutical water treatment solutions. With nearly two decades of expertise, Our factory, spanning 2,000 square meters, is equipped with cutting-edge CNC machining, automatic welding, and electrolytic polishing equipment, guaranteeing precision manufacturing and consistent quality.
Before any raw materials enter our production process, they undergo rigorous quality testing to ensure compliance with industry standards. Our stainless steel materials, a critical component in pharmaceutical water systems, are subjected to comprehensive testing, including composition analysis, mechanical strength verification, and surface integrity inspection. Each batch is meticulously examined to detect impurities, defects, or inconsistencies that could impact system performance.
At CHONGYANG, we utilize orbital welding technology to ensure precise, contamination-free welds for pharmaceutical stainless steel equipment. This automated welding process delivers uniform, high-purity joints with minimal heat-affected zones, preventing microbial growth and corrosion. We use TIG (GTAW) welding with 99.999% high-purity argon gas for shielding, ensuring an oxidation-free weld bead and meeting FDA, cGMP, and ASME BPE standards.
Key documents include Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) reports, along with Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) records.During the handover meeting, CHONGYANG’s technical team presents calibration certificates, material traceability reports, welding records, piping layouts, and validation protocols. Clients receive a digital and physical validation dossier, ensuring full traceability and documentation integrity.
