♦ Main Application:
TPC/TPD is a side-sealing/vertical L-sealing machine. A shrink film is sleeved over the product surface and, after heating, adheres to the product surface to achieve dust-proofing, moisture-proofing, scratch-proofing, and prevention of surface color fading. Widely used in high-volume production packaging lines; automatic feeding, conveying, bagging, sealing, and shrinking are completed in one step, with high work efficiency. Suitable for products of different heights and widths. The sealing section uses servo motor-driven horizontal and vertical blades to ensure the sealing line is centered on the product. Uses integrated constant-temperature sealing blade for firm sealing lines.
Integrated constant-temperature heating sealing blade can seal and cut various industrial standard shrink films such as POF and PE. For packaging products of different sizes, simply adjust with the handwheel to complete, increasing reliability and ease of operation;
Based on product characteristics, horizontal or vertical photoelectric control or length-counting mode can be selected to precisely control packaging dimensions;
This machine uses Inovance PLC, with standard safety protection and alarm devices; the system can continuously and smoothly perform sealing actions; maintenance and operation are very simple;
Different packaging modes available: standard mode, length-counting mode, and color mark mode for precise control of packaging bag length;
Automatic waste film collection using independent motor control, preventing excessive looseness or tightness that may cause tearing; waste film is easy to remove; B

Shrink tunnel uses window-type constant temperature with centralized heating wire management for rapid and uniform heating, convenient for maintenance;
High-requirement models use Inovance servo motors for front and rear conveying power and Leadshine stepper motors for film feeding power, providing more precise film packaging and film positioning;
